This highlights that since MAY of 2021 we have been stuck in the backlog at the EPA. They had the ESD They knew we would need public review and ERD.
So we literally have been given the run around for almost 12 months because the EPA can't work out what needs to happen to make our proposal advance to the Public review period. Even though we have worked well in advance to study the hell out of the environment and prove that a cockatoo can just fly 400 metres to the east and set up a nest.
