Their assumed silica sand pricing did look very conservative vs. the pricing peers are seeing in the market today and assuming in their studies. However, even at $50M EBITDA, this still has multiples of upside. Then we can factor in the upside from likely higher selling prices, Muchea, etc.
Glad my $0.14 bid hit. This one feels too obvious.
