As per the schedule, the EPA is due to provide comment on the first draft ERD tomorrow (6 weeks from receipt of ERD), however the EPA actually received the first draft ERD a day earlier, on the 14th April, so technically, the EPA should be providing comment to VRX today.
I think it would be foolish to release news on a Friday, so, hypothetically assuming that VRX receive comment on the first draft ERD from EPA today, I would expect a trading halt late today, or at least by COB tomorrow, with an announcement of detail to reinstate trading on Monday.
