Yes it isFranciscous. But they have said it will take approx 4 years. they will need EPA approval, have to demolish the existing Berth 1 & 2, dredge the berth (may also need EPA approval), build a new berth, then build a new ship loader, connecting conveyors, the train unloaded etc. Should be great in 2026, but there will be a few headaches prior to that, especially if VRX is ready to start ops next year.
