    Genuinely shocked it wasn't a derived proposal, given how similar it should've been to AN. Why would the EPA even be bothering to open it up to the public given the public already provided 3 comments to the practically identical proposal of AN last year?
    Anyone feeling bold enough to email/phone Brucey on Tuesday morning to ask why AC didn't get a derived proposal?
