The public review period hasn't even started yet, because the ERD hasn't been published for public comment. We are members of the public, so when it is published, we should be able to access & read it.
This means that the timeline has slipped from the indicative schedule in the ESD, likely because VRX have been asked to amend the ERD in some way or there is some delay within the EPA.
