Well, it's a very big corner. The biggest gripe still remains - poor / non comms. The fact that HC posters have to continually research the epa website for info is a disgrace. It should come from the company.

It's important to note that a second strike does not mean a Board spill. That has a separate vote and needs a 50% yes vote to succeed.

Bruce has 3 months to get his act together or be very embarrassed with a second strike.

When considering a second strike, it's a message that says - no increase in rem'n unless yoiu start communicating properly with shareholders.

Maybe you should read Listing Rule 3.1 and associated exceptions and decide whether Bruce has complied or not. it's pretty obvious what the answer is and the hot copper crazies? They're obvious too.
