If you refer to the announcement dated 29 October, 2020 and go to the section headed “Permitting” you will see what’s holding the price down for the time being. For Muchea VRX will have to satisfy the requirements of no less than 5 state government departments and that means some time will pass before this project gets started. Furthermore I have always been under the impression that VRX will have also have to get past the commonwealth government version of the EPA which seems like unnecessary duplication to me.
