Your rhetoric based on some early issues that VRX had with the ESD.
There is similar evidence of past behaviour you could easily use against the EPA. For example, the delay in the ESD had to be dealt with via an intervention from the head of the EPA himself after months of nothingness. I'm not saying I know what's actually going on but no one here does.
If I had to guess what the problem is I'd say that the black cockatoos which are threatened species are making the EPA nervous and have lead to this impasse where there are answers given to the EPA but for whatever reason don't overcome the anxiety about this issue.
