    By the way, for those unaware,
    The EPA Services business unit is currently assessing an application under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act) and is yet to make a final determination.

    I think vrx put their final "draft" on on 22nd December. So let's see how long the epa takes.
