I'm not so sure it will get that low again. I think the 13-13.5c bracket is fair value. On one hand we have a gazillion tonnes of a rare mineral at our finger tips but on the other hand we have a management team who communicates like ....mmmm, there is no descriptive word coz they don't communicate!

It's actually one big tease really. All that silica sand and a bucket with a big hole in it and no spade to dig it out with.
