waaay more mercurial than that. they can sit on it for 2 weeks after they've accepted the final responses. effectively compiling it for public review....buuuut it has to be formally accepted...annnnnd if, as has been true to form, they have more questions about the questions, then the time line is infinite.

however, again true to form, vrx is unlikely to ann acceptance... so when that 2 weeks starts could be literally anytime.

the whole thing is a nightmare. but upside is that it's a massive barrier to entry for competitors and you only have to do it once (per project).... so assuming the epa manages to look at a few emails between coffee breaks and public holidays and give vrx the tick.. we will be 1000 miles ahead of any would be competitors. it also should increase the notional paper value of the co as this is clearly like root canal without anaesthetic wrapped in a nightmare.... one that is worth paying to avoid for would be vertical integrators... *cough* samsung *cough*.
