A central/ Muchea B not starters in the immediate future and will be funded from cashflow from A Nth
The VRX Board is not stupid
As a small cap company they would be very aware of their cash reserves.
They will watch very carefully the $5M cash in hand
Bruce has a long history of preserving cash and not spending a cent unnecessarily.
