What are you smoking? let me give you a quick lesson in biznas bouy!. BFS is a standalone financial document that assesses and estimates the capital required to establish a project.... they don't run around and say "oh the company already owns 3 chairs, so lets deduct that".....

as for the non-current assets that number could literally be anything, the ML's, the trademark on the logo, all the flow sheet kit and lab materials. None of which will have any impact on the costing of the BFS'. you are drawing an imaginary line between the annual report and the BFS. Sure the newly aquired plant and equipment will be captured in that number somewhere, but for how much is unknown.

Still trying to wrap my head around your logic here.... so you are going line by line through the annual report and deducting those dollars from the BFS to come up with 12 million dollars as outstanding CAPEX? riiiiiiiight, makes tons of sense.
