I too have been watching the tape and the cross trades and capping...i just can't imagine who is left to sell... surely its not worth the effort to shake out the odd 1K holding here and there..... unless they are hunting the likes of me. In which case, I'm so red i'm just going to keep it until i'm rich or the EPA formally rejects the proposal....
