This was my thoughts as well. If management can't get DVT method through the EPA and eventually run out of money then someone will buy the resource at a bargain, appoint their own management team, use the typical FMG template, it will be up and running in two years. Just have to deal with however long Bruce drags the ball and chain around. 5 years? 10 years? Who knows.
