I see nothing has changed with your negativity. It is well founded based on the history of this stock, and imo it is that history of long delays and lack of communication with the market that has meant little or no reaction to the last announcement. It will take swift action on the part of VRX management to deal with the PER and then a prompt response from the EPA to see a rerate. Overall though I think this last step forward is more important than the market realizes because it covers all the environmental issues and the EPA has, I presume accepted the responses from VRX.
What is actually in the ERD will also be relevant to any market reaction. I probably jumped the gun buying more after almost selling out a year or so ago but this looks as good as it gets for a great entry price.
