Cinnebon has said thats what he wanted to do because a nth is the easiest one.I doubt there would be any issue from the epa. Its just as well too otherwise the consultants would have cost a fortune with all the rework and drafts and revised drafts. Wouldn't be enough cash to do all that work.Good decision cinnebon.
