That is definitely a great outcome!! Although I can't say I am optimistic that will be the likely outcome.

Quoting from prospectus.

"The Company is awaiting a formal notification from DWER of comments on the PER and the Company is required to respond to all such comments." (I bolded the FORMAL).

My thoughts on what's happening:

- BM was banking on this PER completion will raise the SP (just like me, betting $30k @16c) for better CR.
- Probably already received some "informal" communications? Not as quick process as he hopes to be.
- CR, $3m.

I guess now, why the $3m amount? Maybe the "informal" communications so far give him enough confidence to have enough working capitals & acquire some equipment purchases to see this through with $3m.

If we are being realistic, there will be a lot, by a lot, I meant a lot of upset people if this doesn't pan out. BM is definitely aware and probably won't like that to happen either.
