Looking at the original timeline, it was forecast that VRX would take 3 weeks to provide responses to the submissions so if it's true that Bruce received comments from the EPA mid-September as mentioned in his most recent conference and confirmed by Sheps phone call (I think), it may be safe to assume that we would've replied back hopefully last week or this week at the very latest. Best case scenario would then be the EPA gets 4 weeks obviously to review our responses and accept/publish them if everything goes to plan, so we should expect some news around mid-November? Considering the AGM is on the 17th November, this makes for a very interesting 4 weeks...But considering the combination of previous delays caused by our environmental consultants incompetence and thumb-twiddling by the EPA, I won't hold my breath.
