@blister@Arapt it was in the interview which SenseiB posted the link to. Bruce mentioned offtakes were ready to be signed but customers aren't willing to put pen to paper until the EPA process is a little closer to approval. Everyone interpret that however you like, IMO it means possibly before full EPA approval, however there's always the possibility he's just talking about more non-binding term sheet agreements too
