I'm pretty sure $Dubber is Pawlowitsch's pet project - can't be ar$ed digging back now, but I did drill down on it's history when I did some research awhile back into where out BoD was spreading itself, and seem to recall he was balls deep in $DUB.

Yes, it's a dodgy CFO by the look of things... but it's happened under his nose. He is the Big Kahuna. You know, accountability and all that trivial stuff?

At the very least, I can't see him adding much value ot $VRX for the next year, while he is busy full-time chasing up his lost fortune over there...

...at worst, he has demonstrated he's not capable of exercising the sort of probity and cross checking of huge numbers a BoD should be across. I mean, if we get to production, and are generating mini-Whitehaven levels of free cash, don't you wan't someone who is all over that like a hawk, instead of asleep at the wheel?
