Why do you "trust the EPA is doing the best it can with what it has?" What reason have they given you to place that trust in them, based on the experience with Arrowsmith North's approvals process over the past 3 years or so? When steps that are published by the EPA themselves with expected timeframes of 4 weeks can just take 5+ months (and counting..) with absolutely zero accountability for the ridiculous blowout in time frames..

If the EPA was truly doing the best they could, they'd have hired a significantly higher number of enviros, trained them up to the required standard over the past few years, and cleared out the laughably large backlog.
