80% down from all time highs.... hardly the base level. that and this permitting period was always going to see a drop in SP. this hard for this long is the real dissapointment.... and somewhere between the EPA and management a cluster F**k has developed. that said, there is no critical or fundamental flaw.... sand market exists, our sand exists... just getting one to the other seems to be a long drawn out affair.
If you've got the patience, buying while no one is looking or down right is pissed is a good strategy...... assuming it comes good. Thats the speculation bit.... buying or selling at this stage (as for the last 12 months) is purely sentiment and patience based.... no fundamentals have degraded in that time.
