So five mths of lost time due to delays....as I take it VRX just has to issue a response to the EPAs response to comments from the public. Bit confusing the way Bruce said it but clear at the end of the day. So once these last responses are in then the EPA will make its decision. As long as the responses are what the EPA wants to read.
So the timeline still has a bit of runway but it shouldn't be too long before this has a final verdict. 2qrts max is my guess but it's a bit hard to judge seeing the unexpected delays.
good time to buy any weakness in the following weeks.
