I agree the SP is under a tight hold right now to ensure it doesn't gallop away.
The brokers are keeping it within grasp to accumulate as many as possible without creating a breakout and therefore creating to much attention.
Slowly accumulating...waiting for the offtakes then POW!! This baby is off and gone.
