well someone just put 2million shares on the 15c line. either they are incredibly hopeful that in this no news environment and complete malaise....or.... it's a soon to be cap/ make the buy/sell ratio look terrible.
I have no insight, but an interesting move.
one can only hope for enough activity for it to matter.
