Sorry but your post doesnt make sense.

So far there has been no public input into the epa process. I doubt that the epa would listen to the media with these applications. There are hundreds of hurdles to jump over as part of their rules.

As for your tax evasion comment. You are way off the mark. Tax avoidence is legal and everyone tries that but tax evasion is illegal and the companies you mentioned do not engage in that activity. If they did, they would get caught and the directors put in jail.
Sorry but the real reason a nth went first was Cinnebon thought it would be a stroll in the park to get across the epa line. And all over with in months. Suffice to say, there was a lot of ignorance exposed by vrx on this one.
