You're interpretation of Bruce saying EPA changed procedures and that having an impact on time frames is a red herring and completely wrong.
The change was a different form and Bruce stated that it it didn't set them back much at all but just cost more money for the consultants to re do.

The EPA timeframe process was always a minimum of 18 months per their website (as DB once stated and got slammed by the hc crazies) but unfortunately cinnebon is a smart a... and thought that he could get it signed off in minutes. And the worst part is that shareholders were led to believe him, together with the offtakes before xmas statement and that forced the sp up to circa 40c. Then reality hit and the sp is where it is.

I really can't fathom why posters continue to believe comments from management.For the last 3 years, most highlight statements have just been wrong.

Yyes, the EPA is swamped and understaffed like just about every other business in the country. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if VRX is kept at the bottom of the pile due to the way the documents were filed and re filed and re re filed. I'd say the EPA would be pretty annoyed at VRX for not answering questions the first or second time.
