Always best to be a buyer at lows and when others are fearful and emotional. Provided there is significant potential upside and buy size is managed recognising the risk.
No offence meant, but anybody claiming to hold now, while suggesting that accumulators at these lows have rocks in their heads is showing serious cognitive dissonance. If you don't think it is worth buying here - for anybody that is uninvested or underweight - then you shouldn't be holding here. Both parties are looking for the same upside and carrying the same risk
