i'd also put all my shares on the table betting they won't spend 1 brass razoo on lawyers, it'll all be tied up in pension funds and realestate boomer style. honestly ask yourself, how much of your hard earned money would you spend on "fighting" a mining company especially when the first lawyer they talk to is going to say the following:
- its northern boundary is a RAAF base
- its 20kms out of the towns boundry
- its western boundary is a nature reserve (no neighbours and by virtue of the reserve it not being in the reserve means its been accounted for).
- the closest business aside from the RAAF base is a paintball park.
