Hi all,
just my thoughts could be way of with the water thing.
Either way nothings changed and UCG is by far the
smartest way to access stranded energy. If i am right
with the water call how ironic for the tree huggers
then, land with the water table bled dry is not the
best for trees. Maybe all this up roar might not work
out to be so good for the csm producers, How funny
would that be. Thoughts anyone!!
(Post from cnx thread)
Maybe some calculations should be done on the
enviromental impact csm produces will have on
the land. QLD goverments issue with ucg is possible contamination of the water table, but yet they dont mind letting csm producers bleed the water tables dry!!!!!
Not to worry though if these spastics dont want UCG
and the money that it would bring into their economy
good ridance to qld. I am dam sure that if they can
prove that it all works with the trial burns and plants
that there will be no shortage of companys with coal
deposits who would be more than willing to take
this technology on board. You only have to look at
the outstanding prospects that Linc have with there
quick take over of Sapex for a song. Seriosly smart
play on their behalf, hopefully a resource of massive
quantites for Linc there. I doubt SA would be knocking
back the huge windfall of money that they WILL bring
to the state. So worry not cnx holders we will have our
day, get this trial done and look out after that.
