It is important to not get caught up with your emotions when thinking about investing your hard earned. Think objectively...and you will be able to see things quite clearly.

Demand vs Supply

1. The daily trading volumes are dropping while the share price increases. What does that tell you?

[Ans: Demand is drying up at the current prices]

Effort vs Result

2. On the 10th of Oct, the volumes were 21 million shares and it closed at the middle of its range [$1.71]. But the next day's volume was 23.4 million shares but it closed lower than the previous day! What does that tell you?

[Ans: That the smart money are not interested in higher prices at the moment. One would think that with more demand, the prices would be higher. How could it close at the low]

Today, 14th Oct, we had one of the lowest volumes relative to the last 20 bars and closed low again. Where is the demand for higher prices? If there was buying by the smart money, then we should see higher volumes shouldn't we?

I expect to see a no demand bar shortly and a move down with several tests in between before the smart money buy back in. You will see this with an ultra high volume day, wide spread and closing at its high of the day.

Let us see if this materializes....just an opinion.
