Hi phil, shares at $10 US would value Anteris at $14.28 AU dollars, which would be a plus.
100 million US would equate to approx 140 million AU dollars, from memory I think the range was from 100 to 150 million US dollars they were looking at raising, so at 150 million US which would equate to roughly 210 million AU dollars, which is getting pretty close to the current MC.
If the IPO oversubscribed you would think the Company would raise the maximum amount of 150 million US dollars. As ugly as that is, imo, 80% plus dilution, it would push a future CR further down the track.
Of further interest will be the numbers for the future outgoings, the first quarterly after its IPO, brakes released on the operational costs and r & d spend?, you would expect so.
Quarterly due so there will be some update on the position of the Company.
