Good luck everyone, not sure if its a good decision or a bad one (i know it was a costly one), but i am out, sold up this morning.
Been with this mob over 10 years, but my bucket of belief, trust and hope, is beyond empty.
It is still a very long road forward, i just do not have the patience and time (or the desire to be constantly be fed gunna, gunna, gunna rah rah from management and see no traction) anymore.
A sincere, thank you to all the posters who have shared valuable insights and opinions over the many years.
