Hi synaphai, a thumb up, not because you like to hear anything that is a negative (to some extent, the possible overestimation of incoming funds), but for the reality checks ahead, as per the possible time frames to commercialisation.
It is rather ironic that WP did say that RIs were out of touch with the costs and time frames to bring a Vaccine to market, (I was at the start too) and here is that very situation.
Imho, not advice.
