After about a month of posting the daily trades, I think it is evident that some manipulation occurs in the Opening and Closing auctions, but, so far, no-one with ‘insider’ knowledge has come forward to advise on whether other activities such as wash trading and short selling are occurring, and how to find the names of the traders and brokers involved. I’m going to stop posting the daily trades now, but I have daily records back to 2020, and will keep on compiling them. If we are badly diluted in the move to the Nasdaq, or other developments, our last resort might possibly have to be a Class action if systematic manipulation by any party can be shown.
