    hey Jay, graphic illustration of the effects of dilution and the failure by a Company to add value to its worth in the interim; a investor who had a initial holding of say 10,000 shares @$10 per share has a cost outlay of $100,000 and had left them in the bottom drawer now has 10 shares valued at $110, for that investor to break even do the maths and see what the sp needs to be!

    issuing ‘more’ shares is fine in a ideal world, it allows a Company to progress and fund its IP and ‘add’ value to it; not only covering that particular amount of dilution, but adding value of top of that, at each CR, failure to do so will be detrimental to its long term investors.

    negated to some extent if a trader, mum and dad investors who hold long the cannon fodder for a Company that dilutes continually without adding value each time.

    that is the way it is.

    imo, not advice.
