And what happens when your $2000 Company does not retain that MC?, continual erosion of funding not a problem because the Company can continue to issue CRs until such time, if, it gets it ‘right’?
How on earth is that person who initially bought 100,000 shares and not topped up in the interim ‘not been harmed in any way’??
Yes, the Chairman being issued shares do not in themselves increase the value of the Company, ….. only if they have failed to leverage the said funding to sp appreciation thru the preservation of that funding and adding of value to its IP, if they have succeeded in applying that leverage to its full realisation than they do not have to buy shares in the Company to increase its value.
