Anteris has a plan. The company is in the middle of executing that plan. Negative speculation while the plan is underway is not really benefiting anyone. Let the IPO happen, let the trial begin and let newsflow come though while we sit with significant cash in the bank with new Nasdaq investors, increased exposure and see what happens.
Negative comments (especially from bitter past owners) at the moment are generally because the SP has pulled back, some delays and investors don’t like it. Most investors can’t handle any uncertainty. Surely anyone who has been on the journey for the last 12, 10, 5 or 3 years can see we are at the pointy end of this amazing (at times challenging) story. We are running a marathon and there is 25% left to go yet some investors are questioning the end result before the race even ends.
We are currently over the top of the last big hill. Let’s see how we handle the event packed decent towards the finish line with the wind at our back (instead of running uphill against the wind as we have seemed to do). Just let the company get over that hill. We are close now.
The underlying value of what this company has is NOT in question. Despite dilution significant gains can still be made. We NEED the capital for this to happen. So, no dilution = no gains. I know what I would prefer and I hope we raise more than we expect and then just get on with it.
