daily toe in the water sp range

Seems like investors keep dipping their toe in each day to see if today is the day for RBM news - opens at .16, rises to 17 or 17.5, then dips to .155 at the end of the day.

With other stocks I have seen this 'sideways' movement pre-empt a break-out, but we don't have the buy numbers.

Investors may want to buy this now but they may need to be reassured it's going to establish new supports and new volumes. Some stocks are just more attractive the more expensive they are, as that gives the impression or indication that the lower share prices are no longer available.

Eitherway, having seen all this before, the low share price doesn't phase me. I've become a Buffet follower: buy unpopular stocks at a low price, stocks with good fundamentals, ... and with mining that means 'resource quanitites'. Also avoid hype and dishonest management.
