No argument that there are many many phoneixed companies trading in the ASX. Just look at DOU, for example.
The issue is this: you have a phoenixed shell. Penny stock. Trading at what, 2c?
The issue many people have is this has pumped on very questionable announcements. Questionable partnerships.
Do you honestly think the SP would have been anywhere near its peak if Ann’s were realistic? Like, *miggster about to launch Beta testing to a small number of crowd1 affiliates*? Pre regs will be invited over a staggered roll out? Etc?
No. And this is where the questioning around a shell, how they are being utilised by a bigger entity, how they structured their announcements. It’s smelly. It. Just. Is.
