there's been more that accusations of fraud and manipulation, the people EM1 are in business with (Crowd1) have a history of it and its consistently been evidenced here only to be downplayed with "but the share price" as if its conclusive that all is well.
there's always money in short flips during pump and dumps but advocating long term holding this is as shady as the Crowd1 management.
