I first noticed, no matter what gets announced the SP pulls back or drops a pip or 2 further since every announcement within 2 -3 weeks about 9 months ago (may have been happening longer) but since then I have definitely spotted the trend, and I'm not just talking 4Cs nearly every time SPX makes an announcement within a few weeks the SP is back to where it was, or if that announcement relates to Shares and options, usually a point or 2 lower than it was sometimes.
I'm guessing currently, the market has factored in the next possible round of shares issued as per the AGM outcome and the increases in costs, as per the LimePay staff and approved remuneration packages also agreed at the AGM and here we.
Personally I did find it amusing that remuneration was overwhelming agreed to by holders even though, none of the proposed actual outcomes from last years AGM had actually appear to have materialised to the company books a year on.
Anyway - roll on Jan for the next exciting installment of where SPX is at - I guess.
As I have said previously the only announcement to move this up, imo, is CF+ but even then I don't think it will move that much because the market will be aware of previous behaviours from management (like it or not this is true, in my opinion) and not likely to see significant moves until CF+ is true for 3 x 4Cs in a row I believe. Then maybe we get somewhere
