ARR is Saas fees. If you sign a long term contract, for example, the one with Capricorn, and you charge a monthly or annual fee for the use of your software, and that fee is predictable and recurring for the term of the contract, you are able to annualise that figure and it becomes ARR.
Licensing fees, whether for white-labelling or for contracts similar to SwiftStatement, are also considered ARR if they are monthly/annual and recurring for the term of a contract.
