well i guess the whole point of my post was pointing out that I don't agree that 22k members are digitally challenged and manually reconciling receipts. The reference to 8000 is simply about receiving an e-statement over a paper statement. Originally I suggested this number would be 30% of capricorn members or 9000 members would be manual, but I think even this is very high in this day and age. But to play out the scenario you proposed and if I am wrong and only 8000 members or 30% are digital, then absolutely, it would certainly be hard. I can only assume that the system has been built with the view that Capricorn would be pushing for everyone to modernise, otherwise why build the thing. So I'm a little more optimistic. But we'll see in the next quarterly etc.
