Yep - credit where credit is due. Up 0.002c in 12 months. Considering the game changing announcements and promises made over the past 12 months this is such a wonderful result for all investors?

Lets recap what has happened in 1 year -
Appointed Andrew Kearnan as Non ED - who has since resigned!
Acquired LimePay - yet no revenue breakdowns in the 4Cs about how well this acquisition is working out for SPX Shareholders in the activities reporting and absolutely no mention of the LimePay component of the business at all in the last 2 reports.
Several Investor Webinars - that enabled the CEO to expense the trips and no discernable increase in the SP for holders.
Changed Registered Office from Sydney to Perth - but AGM held in Sydney even though that is not where the company is registered or operates from - once again the board travelled for the AGM all expenses paid for by the company and no discernable value to Shareholders.
Launched Swift Statement with target of 15k subscriptions in 12 months from announcement. At 1/2 way mark (6 months from announcement) actual subscriptions ~100. Awesome outcome for Shareholders and well on track - actually not quite.
Changed Auditor - again.
3 x Director resignation and the CFO resigned and will not be replaced.
Managed to secure a loan from a client for 3 mill.

Yep on face value the last 12 months basically say - gravy train coming to an end and Directors are exiting rapidly, we needed to borrow money from client to keep the lights on and we have no CFO and have changed independent auditor 3 times in 4 years.

Mmmmmm I wonder why the SP isn't moving and the market isn't placing much stock in the words coming from Management we then do try to say something? It truly is a mystery.
