Does anyone know about the background to the article in todays AFR re: VPG involvement in dairy farms.
At first I found this a little left field. The more I read about the rural sector the more I am forming the view that this is a good alternative asset class with plenty of wholesale investor support.
Does anyone know when or how VPG became involved in this? Or what "ball park" returns to investors could be if a fund was wrapped around it?
Is this move (by VPG) seen by people on this forum as a Positive?
