Their store locations are actually spread across all categories; it was in the CEO's address not long back (I don't have it handy) and it's worth taking a look. I doubt they have a competitive problem but you might know something I don't; speaking of big malls I remember going into Southland Store Melbourne xmas last year and you could hardly move - so they are there where it suits and I believe they have solid skills figuring where to be and where not to be. There are a few malls I wouldn't want to name where that are a one way street to certain financial doom for small leaseholders and two words describe why: landlord greed. There is also IMO an element of conspiracy with some mega retailers in that.

The sudden exit (sacking?) of the CEO last year - putting the brakes on his rapid store expansion, and then the collapse of winter garments market due to weather were all negative highlights that I remember. I'll fess up that I only looked at the stock after reading analysts reports after the big fall and I feel for the holders who paid around $16 for the CR I think, so I will be very careful what I say - but I am positive on the stock. If it makes a strong comeback in next 2 - 5 years my sell target will be $20.00
