If you are making the case that the CEO is trying to run the co into the ground so that "someone" can pick it up cheaply, then you seem to be in fact advocating selling this stock. And if there is , as you say "probably a lot more pain to come" your words, not mine, then why would anyone in their right mind NOT sell their stock.
I'm not sure I really understand what you are trying to say but it sounds like you think this thing is going down a lot ??
